The Karrinyup Shopping Centre West Deck precinct saw over 20 new entertainment, food & beverage venues to the centre. We were tasked with the fitout of the new look San Churro Chocolatier. At the forefront of the new Precinct, the chocolatier expanded to over 20 metres of shopfront with curved gold arches with sand finished render. Internally, feature gold frames are the centrepiece of the store, surrounded by designer Japanese and Spanish tiles, custom made furniture & booth seating.
A strong level of detail, design and delivery was required for the fitout, with a confirmed precinct opening date. A significant accomplishment, being one of the first stores completed in the precinct 2 weeks before the new West Deck grand opening.
