The goal for this space was to build a boutique-feel store at the newly built Raine Square as well as capture the creative vision of the franchise’s existing store. With the highly anticipated Raine Square already opened, we had had to ensure a quality, timely, and professional construction of the Presotea store.
At LKD Fitouts we provide diligent processes to ensure that quality of our workmanship are maintained along with meeting timeframes. With our functional workflow methods within our construction team, we were able to plan and construct a flagship store that the owners were proud to call their own. The selection of finishes worked harmoniously with the stores theme, as well as the Raine Square development.
