LKD Fitouts were engaged early in the process to assist with sourcing the ideal site, through to assisting with their liquor licence, all the way through to project delivery. As a result, our client was able to benefit from strategic planning to managing costs, and working collaboratively to maximize their outcome.

Works of this refurbishment included a fresh uplift to accommodate an upgraded dining layout, custom built joinery throughout, improved lighting and a modified kitchen to comply with regulations.

This project was completed on time and on budget.
