The Chung Wah Association, WA’s largest Chinese non-profit organisation, had appointed LKD Fitouts to renovate their two office suites comprising of over 180sqm in Northbridge. Architecturally designed, the existing office suites were stripped out and demolished. A new café kitchen was built for the staff, along with custom made ceiling mounted steel shelving. Linear lighting throughout and steel featured office doors created a modern industrial look to symbolise the growth and development of the organisation. Custom made furniture, European tiled carpet and an abundance of decorative flora provided warmth and softness to the office. The project was completed within budget, and on time.
