The Fit Learning Centre appointed LKD Fitouts to design & construct their new teaching and development centre. After leasing a space nearby their existing centre, LKD Fitouts worked closely with the client to design an area with learning stations that more than exceeded our Client’s expectations. Originally planning for 4 cubbies, we were able to efficiently design the tenancy to suit 6 cubbies, increasing capacity by over 30%.
Not only did LKD Fitouts increase learning capabilities for the Client, but we were also able to provide cost saving measures throughout the construction by taking initiative to source cost saving alternatives. LKD Fitouts were heavily involved in the DA Application for Change of Use, and also all Local Council applications & approvals for the centre to operate.
