A light-filled, open layout that maximises frontage and natural light, creating a seamless connection between indoor seating and the external streetscape. The plan prioritises flexibility, with loose furniture arranagements allowing for both quick turnover and casual dine-in, while the service zone is positioned to the rear for a clean and unobstructed customer experience.

The material palette leans into a refined industrial aesthetic – exposed concrete walls and soffits paired with visible services overhead to celebrate the building’s structure. This is softened with warm timber furniture and joinery, introducing a natural contrast against the raw finishes.

Polished concrete flooring ensures durability for high traffic use, while black steel shelving and track lighting add definition and functionality to the space. A balanced composition of raw and warm materials, delivering both character and practicality.
