Chatime, a global franchise based in Taiwan, had appointed LKD Fitouts to construct their new addition to the eastern suburb of Forrestfield, located 20kms from Perth CBD. With 64sqm of commercial space, features include customised joinery, vibrant paint finishes, commercial grade flooring and signage throughout. Given the narrow characteristic of the site, LKD Fitouts were able to build this project on time & within budget.
