Izakaya Sumi is a Japanese restaurant with an area of 188sqm located in Claremont. LKD were involved with the design & construction process and delivered this project within 10 weeks, on time and on budget. The team at Izakaya Sumi wanted to construct a modern contemporary design that borrows from the past.
Traditional wood elements blended with modern materials helped create a relaxed and clean ambience. Booth seating helps provide privacy between groups, creating a practical yet stylish fixed seating arrangement.
