LKD Fitouts were engaged to build Pollito Chipotle Grill’s second store at the Hawaiian Claremont Quarters. Previously an existing restaurant, LKD demolished and removed unwanted materials. Feature timber wall panelling was installed throughout, with new tiling, signage, furniture & equipment installed. Working around strict guidelines and opening hours, we were able to deliver the store at a high level of quality within budget.
