RIA Ayem Penyet is a well established Indonesian restaurant, engaged LKD Fitouts to design & construct their first location in Victoria Park, Western Australia. LKD Fitouts were appointed in the early stages of the development, to assist with the planning, feasibility costings and brand design. Having multiple restaurants with national & international presence, maintaining it’s brand visual identify was crucial. LKD Fitouts worked closely with key stakeholders to achieve this. Features of this project included a coolroom, exhaust canopy & new commercial kitchen.
